Types of microgreens
At least 75% of the nutrients in microgreens can be obtained by cooking them for 15 minutes at 140–180°F. When cooked for more than30 minutes or less, vegetables lose less than 50% of their nutritional value. Microgreens can be consumed both raw and cooked. They are simple to incorporate raw into any meal.
Radish
Radish microgreens are the young, tender shoots of radish plants harvested shortly after germination, typically within 7-14 days of planting. What is Wheatgrass?
Wheatgrass is the quite simply one of the best forms of nutrition for us humanoids! Wheatgrass “contains all minerals known to man, and vitamins A, B-complex, C, E, l and K. It is extremely rich in protein, and contains 17 amino acids, the building blocks of protein.” But it ain’t accessible if we chew on it (that’s why the good Lord invented cows!).
